I thought I was backing Man Utd to win with £460 stakes and I repeated the mistake to really screw myself over.

Once you stopped laughing, I will return probably in a month or two's time...

    I have been where you are BB . Use your time of in-activity to build your bank and consider the loss a painful lesson every gambler/trader deals with at some point in the game.

    I had a recent blow-out day this week...I am regrouping .

    Woah, thats tough mate. I've done that before. Not on that scale though. Ouch

    I agree with you that it focuses the mind if you build your bank up rather than putting the 1k. makes you respect the money more if you've worked for it.
